Outside the Office

Born in Seattle and raised in California’s Bay Area, Travis grew up in a blue-collar family where work ethic and humility were everyday values. His father worked as an elevator mechanic while his mother stayed home to raise the family.  These roots shaped his appreciation for life’s simple pleasures and the rewards of self-reliance.

Outside the office, Travis embraces the outdoors every season. He and his two sons share a love of fishing, dirt biking, camping, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing. Whether it’s a weekend in the mountains or a quiet moment by the water, he finds balance in nature and connection through shared adventure.
